Y100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the y100 platform by all registered users. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms — What Your Agreement Means
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the y100 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use y100's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and y100 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The y100 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. y100 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts suspected of belonging to underage individuals.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. y100 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including requesting official identification documents. Accounts found to be using false or misleading information will be terminated immediately.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. y100 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the y100 platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Users may not access another person's account, share accounts, or allow any third party to access their account for any reason.
Prohibited Activities
It is strictly prohibited to use the y100 platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Payments, Transactions & Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All financial transactions on the y100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via payment methods supported by the platform, including local bank transfers, FPX, and available e-wallets.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods used belong to them. y100 does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Any attempt to use a payment method not belonging to the registered user will result in the transaction being declined and the account may be suspended for further review.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are determined by the selected payment method and are subject to change. The latest transaction limit information is available in your account after logging in. First-time withdrawals require full identity verification before processing.
Y100 is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by banks or third-party payment service providers. Failed transactions resulting from incorrect information or technical issues on the part of external payment providers are not the responsibility of y100.
Account Policy — Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
Y100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud or suspicious activity, use of false information, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach may not be permitted to re-register.
Y100's Liability Limits
Y100 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. y100's total liability to any user is limited to the amount paid by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Service Interruptions
Y100 strives to keep the platform available at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions. y100 is not liable for any losses arising from such service interruptions.
Account Closure by User
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting y100 customer support. All eligible balances will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, subject to the applicable terms. Balances arising from activities that violate these terms are not eligible for a refund.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Miscellaneous
Intellectual Property: All content on the y100 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of y100 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from y100.
Third-Party Links: The y100 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and y100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms: y100 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the designated channels.
